Make your vacation special going through the personal experience of cooking the famous Piemonte dishes! In our kitchen you can learn some secret of our traditional recipes. We propose two alternatives.
“Fresh pasta experience” with Marisa.
Marisa is very good “family” cook. Her family has always run a restaurant, while Marisa has owned for years a house producing fruit in syrup, jam and sauces of very high quality. With Marisa you’ll learn how to prepare an “home made” fresh “tajarin” or/and typical “plin” and their sauces. This class lasts about 2 hours (more or less from 3.30pm to 5.30pm) followed by a taste of the dishes you prepared. The activity costs 70€ per person, minimum 2. Wines are not included but you can choose from our wine list.
The activity is on request and it depends on availability of our cook.
Cooking Classes with “chef’s hat”
In alternative we can organize a similar experience but with a chef in a professional kitchen, in a gastronomic restaurant. Also in this case you’ll prepare with the chef local dishes, followed by a lunch served with dishes you prepared. The cost is 120€ per person, minimum 2.
In season (october-december) of course we can also pair the dishes with our great white truffle…(cost to be defined).
You could also consider to go in person to look for truffles with our “trifolao” (truffle hunter) and his dog! Truffle Hunting, about 2 hours, 30 euro per person (minimum 2 persons). The truffles eventually found belong to Trifolao, but it is possible to buy them from him.
Truffle hunt time/day depend on availability of our “trifolao”.
