Good to know

    • Please tell us the approximate time of your arrival, we will be happy to welcome you personally
    • Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm; specific needs of late or early arrivals should be agreed in advance
    • The day of your departure, please check-out before 11am.
    • Our private parking is available for you, just in front of the house; you can load and unload your luggage directly into our entrance
    • Please do not smoke inside the house
    • Small pets are welcomed, after specific agreement
    • For aesthetic reasons we decided not to install TV in the rooms, however, we can provide on request, a TV set to use during your stay
    • A shuttle service, on demand and price to be agreed, to / from the train station (Asti or Turin) or airport (Turin or Milan).
    • For sanitary reason guests are not allowed to bring meals in the rooms, the swimming pool or in the common spaces. If requested in advance we can serve at lunch a snack.
    • Please do not use dishes or in general tableware from the kitchen
    • In all rooms at disposal of the guest a set for preparing tea and coffee
    • The swimming pool is open from 8am to 7pm:
      • children up to 12 years old must be accompanied
      • the access is reserved only to b&b guests
      • is available for our guest up to 12am of the day of your departure
      • there is no lifeguard and the use of the swimming pool is at your own risk
    • The SPA is open daily from 4pm to 8pm (depending on season):
      • it’ s available for our guests only and it should be reserved when in Cà Alfieri
      • sauna and jacuzzi can be used by 2 or max. 4 people at the time
      • children below 10 years old not admitted; children up to 12 years old must be accompanied
      • for everyone’s sake, we kindly ask our guest to respect the scheduled times reserved
      • on request we can provide bathrobes and slippers.
