    Children

    Due to the structure of the house and to guarantee the greatest relaxation for our guests we are happy to welcome children from the age of 12.

    Pets

    Not allowed.

    Rates

    Prices are per room/night; the rich breakfast is included. Complimentary for our guests: WI-FI in all the structure, coffee and tea set in the room, private parking (upon availability), use of the swimming pool up to 11am of the day of check-out (in season May/September), VAT 10% is included.

    Rates do not include Tourist Tax (€ 1,50 per person, per night), use of SPA (reservation requested): 30€ per hour/fraction of hour, max 4 people .

    Additional bed: available only in the suite Matilde or Mansard Jolanda, 50€ per night.

    We accept cash, Paypal or credit (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and debit cards.

    To confirm your reservation we ask for a credit card details (number and expiring date). or  money transfer of 30% of the total due (or first night in case of reservation of less than 3 nights). The credit card will not be charged (except in case of cancellation with penalty). You will pay at the end of your stay at Cà Alfieri.

    Cancellation Terms:

    • - Until 30 nights before arrival, FREE CANCELLATION
    • - From 29 to 15 nights before arrival, 30% of the whole amount well be charged
    • - From 14 to 3 nights before arrival, 50% of the whole amount well be charged
    • - 2 nights or less than 2 nights (48 Hours), no-show or  anticipated departure for any reason,  the full agreed price will be charged From

    Low Season: January 10th – May 25th and November 1st – November 26th

    • - Suite Matilde and/or Mafalda: 160€
    • - Suite Margherita: 180€
    • - Family Suite Margherita and Carlotta (3/4 persons): 240-300€
    • - Mansard room Adelaide and/or Jolanda: 140€

     

    High Season: May 26th – October 31st (minimum stay 2/3 nights)

    • - Suite Matilde and/or Mafalda: 180€
    • - Suite Margherita: 200€
    • - Family Suite Margherita and Carlotta (3/4 persons): 240/300€
    • - Mansard room Adelaide and/or Jolanda: 140€
